This business and education projector, which is 3D-capable in 720p HD, offers state-of-the-art remote command and control via Crestron RoomView technology. With its new optics, the widescreen TW610ST (WXGA - 1280 x 800 pixels), delivers 25 percent higher brightness and contrast compared to Optoma's previous short throw model.
The Optoma TW610ST education adn business projector provides a full complement of I/O connections, including HDMI v1.3, two VGA-in, VGA-Out, S-Video, Composite Video, RCA Stereo Audio-In, Stereo Audio-In, Stereo Audio-Out, Microphone-In, RJ45, RS-232, USB and a 12V trigger.
The short throw projector is also compatible with most computer formats, including UXGA, WXGA, SXGA+, SXGA, XGA, SVGA, VGA resized, VESA, PC and Macintosh.It can also accept common global video inputs and video formats up to 1080p (HDTV, EDTV, SDTV, NTSC, PAL and SECAM).

The availability of 3D content, including games and movies, is exploding with new titles released every month. The Optoma TW610ST brings you the home theatre experience you want today, with the ability to upgrade and take advantage of 3D content when you are ready. Both also employ DLP link technology to support 720p 3D display with the use of active-shutter glasses.
The addition of Optoma's 3D-XL converter box (which comes with a pair of 3D glasses) lets you unlock the 3D potential of the projectors. As with all 3D displays, a 3D source (such as a 3D DVD player, cable box or gaming system), 3D content and 3D glasses are required for 3D viewing.

The projection lamp is rated to last up to 4000 hours in standard mode or 3000 hours in bright mode to provide long-lasting performance. The TW610ST also incorporates a rapid shutdown feature that further reduces ownership costs. A three-year Optoma Express Replacement Service and one-Year Lamp warranty are standard.
State-of-the-Art DLP Technology
Projectors with Texas Instrument's DLP with BrilliantColor technology feature multi-color processing to produce accurate and vibrant colors on the screen. The TW610ST multi-color processing system features a five-segment color wheel coated with an advanced material that achieves superb color saturation and accuracy for extraordinary image quality. In addition, incredibly high native contrast ratios ensure clean and crisp black and white to ensure that text and charts are easy to read.
